The traditional, surgical facelift has become widely known across the nation, but not always for the best reasons. A liquid facelift is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that utilizes a special combination of dermal filler and injectable treatments to help you achieve the ultimate rejuvenated and refreshed look. What Can I Expect During my Liquid Facelift Treatment?
Your personalized liquid facelift will be performed by Dr. Jennifer Armstrong in our state-of-the-art facility. Before the procedure begins, a topical anesthetic may be applied to your treatment areas. This is to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible throughout the entirety of your treatment. Once numb, Dr. Armstrong will begin carefully and strategically making a series of dermal filler and neurotoxin injections into your desired treatment area. The entire treatment process generally takes less than 90 minutes to complete.
What Can I Expect After my
liquid Facelift Treatment?
Because a liquid facelift is a minimally invasive procedure, there is no formal downtime or recovery period immediately following treatment. While swelling, bruising, and tenderness around your treated areas may occur, they typically subside on their own with a day or two of treatment. The results of your dermal fillers will be visible immediately, however, full results of your liquid facelift may take five to seven days to be completely visible as neurotoxin takes a few days to activate within the treated areas. Dr. Jennifer Armstrong and her team are confident you’ll be thrilled with your results, and typically recommend coming in for regular touch-up treatments every four to six months to maintain your desired look.
