Jeuveau, also popularly known as NEWTOX, is one of the new players in the injectable game. This minimally invasive cosmetic treatment gets its name by making light of being the “new version of Botox®.” Like Botox, Jeuveau is an injectable neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes the muscles in the treated areas to reduce the muscle movements that contribute to the onset of fine lines and wrinkles around the upper third of the face.

What Can I Expect During my
Jeuveau (NEWTOX) Treatment?
Your Jeuveau treatment will be performed by Dr. Jennifer Armstrong in our state-of-the-art facility. Before your NEWTOX treatment begins, a topical anesthetic may be applied to your treatment area. This is to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment. Once numb, Dr. Armstrong will begin carefully and strategically making a series of Jeuveau injections into your desired treatment area. The entire treatment process typically takes less than 20 minutes to complete, making it the perfect treatment to get between errands or while you’re on a lunch break.
What Can I Expect After my
Jeuveau (NEWTOX) Treatment?
Following your NEWTOX treatment, you may notice some mild swelling, bruising, and tenderness around your treated areas. This is normal and typically resolves on its own within a day or two of treatment. Like Botox®, it may take up to seven days to see the full results of your Jeuveau treatments. These full results will last between four to five months, at which time Dr. Armstrong and her team may suggest additional treatments to maintain your desired appearance.
