What is Secret PRO?
Secret PRO’s unique modality features a high-powered fractional CO2 laser to provide consistent energy in brief waves. The ablative thermal effect resurfaces the skin’s top layer with precision and control. In effect, damaged skin layers are removed to reveal healthier and younger-looking skin.
Secret PRO’s advanced bipolar fractional radiofrequency reaches into the deeper dermal layers to stimulate collagen remodeling. This is accomplished through tiny needles that create micro-injuries in the skin and deliver RF energy, achieving a deeper level of renewal compared to the CO2 fractional laser resurfacing to effectively promote new collagen growth and refresh the skin overall.

What Can I Expect During my Secret PRO Treatment?
Before your procedure at our state-of-the-art clinic at Newport Beach, we will apply a topical numbing cream to the treatment areas to ensure patient comfort. During your treatment, a handheld device is moved across the skin of your treatment areas. You may feel a slight warmth or a light “pins and needles” sensation coming from the laser heating the dermis or the micro-sized needles creating micro-wounds in the skin. We will communicate with you from start to finish to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. A Secret PRO procedure typically takes 30-45 minutes to perform, depending on the treatment area’s size.
What Can I Expect After my Secret PRO Treatment?
The Secret PRO treatment is a minimally invasive procedure and requires little to no downtime after. Patients experience moderate redness, which typically resolves within a few hours. Your treatment areas will also feel warm as if you’ve stayed out in the sun for a long period of time. This should diminish within a few hours as well. Most patients return to their normal activities immediately following their treatment.
CO2 laser treatments will require some downtime. In addition to feeling warmness which resembles a mild sunburn, you can expect your skin to scab and peel over the next 3-4 days after your treatment. Be sure to limit sun exposure and to always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen.
